IRAN DESIGNATED AS A MEMBER OF THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD
The 23rd International Conference on Safe Communities was held in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 9-14 October 2017. During the conference, various meetings were organized by the International Board members of the International Safe Communities Network and Dr. Homayoun Sadeghi-Bazargani, a representative from Iran, became a member of the international board by election. This board is responsible for evaluating 400 safe communities in the world. The board is headed by Professor Dale Hanson, Australia. Other members of the International Board are as follows:
