Introduction to the field
The field of Health and Traffic is one of the master's degree programs (Masters) in Higher Education,
which aims to promote health and safety in collecting, evaluating and analyzing scientific data on
traffic accidents in the country, and the status of road traffic accidents and its consequences in Iran
and the world are explained. Students of this field by learning the strategies of health and safety in
the field of traffic to gain the ability and skill in conducting applied research, It will provide a more
accurate explanation of the road traffic accident data and its psychological, financial, social,
psychological, and cultural costs. The main focus of this field will be on the use of patterns, methods
and technologies for improving health, preventing accidents and reducing the severity of injuries and
promoting safety in road traffic accidents. In this context, the experience of successful countries will
be use to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents and subsequent injuries.
